I would never speak to my mother like that, she'd kill me. Your children won't treat you with respect if you don't teach them properly. The mom got what she deserved for raising such a brat.

I saw that. And I believe that daughter isn't new to being verbally abusive. Gosh can you imagine being married to that girl>>>?
I would bite my tounge and go on with the wedding....then later say my piece and set boundries. But, my daughter would never be like that.
MY mother pulled a stunt on me. I was totally dressed in my gown and viel and my mother was late, she came in from the
reception area....frantic and ranting and raving that the whole wedding was ruined because there weren't any flowers around the cake. I stood there thinking /////geesh mom thanks for making my day! But, what could I do, there were 300 guests and all the makings of a wedding. I just had to remind myself that my mother is like that and I Put on a happy face and went on with the show. Now that I am older I have put bounries on my mom and She usually watches what she says to me.
Family is family and sometimes the show must go on.

Advertisement is a funny thing, typically you get the impression that the company wants you to receive. First off, she didn't say wedding, she said SHOWER. I saw the episode. And, it was winter time in Houston, and her mother was wearing SUMMER clothing. I feel that mothers and daughters should be able to talk to each other this way. . . She wasn't being a bridezilla in that moment, she was simply telling her mother. . . think twice before you walk out in WINTER time with that sh*t on. If you notice . . The female herself is wearing a sweater. And, everyone else is wearing similar covering things.

I'd be devastated. As the bride she could have taken the time out the help mom to get something appropriate (Something that both of them like). I wonder what is she gonna do after the wedding?

I know which episode you are talking about --- that bride was horrible, and her own wedding gown was ugly. I thought her mom's choice was nice. I would have probably told her old for treating her mom like that.

If she said something so rude i seriously doubt that this was anything new for her. I would probably have just turned around and left, yelling at the groom to run for his life while he still could!!!

I would have asked her if she took her pills today. I would also remind her that it is far worse to be rude to people than to offend an individual person's sense of style.

she sounds like a cow, if I spoke to my mum like that she would belt me, that woman obviously has no respect for her mother and her parents let her get away with it for too long.

I'd question how I could have ever raised such an obnoxious, insensitive beast.
