Since it's summer, there is nothing to do here so I often dont get a whole lot of excersize save for the occasional bike ride and bouncing on our trampoline. Very rarely, like today, my leg gets really badly cramped on the pelivic joint and my knee. The pain is like a burning, kind of muscle ache pain. Anyway, it's really bothering me this morning (So much I only got 3 hours of sleep) Does this sound like the kind of pain you get from sitting around and if so, how do I get rid of it quickly? I know excersize is the solution, but I mean get rid of this friggin ache right away. Would Icy- Hot work? Could it be something else too? I get this same pain when I excersize regularly, and on a weekly basis...

Sounds like you have a potassium deficiency - that causes muscle cramps. Start taking a multivitamin or potassium supplement. Also, drink more water. Lots and lots of water.

In your case, it seems like a heating pad would be a worthwhile investment.

Heat for muscles and aches
Cold for injuries and swelling

Oh, sorry I can't really help you RIGHT NOW. Try relaxing, breathing calmly and focusing on your breath. It may help.

You may need to go to a chiropractor. They will adjust this and they can do miracles. This happened to me when I just started back excercising and please do it,or you may never get to sleep or excercise. It is a scary feeling, that pain I know..but I was truly amazed at what the Dr did for me..
