The age for arranged marriages at that time was the early teens so there is a good chance she was about 15 or so when she had Jesus.

SHE was old enough to be married. That could have been as young as 12 or as old as 50. There is no documentation that tells us how old she was. Probably between 12-15, though, as that was typical of those days.

I have heard it said that she was 14 but I cannot recall what the source of the historical proof was said to have been. I don't recall a scripture that gives that information. I believe it was through other historical writings.
