I use this as a protein source, i take vit-d to offset the high calcium intake. I eat about 2-3 cups a day w/fruit or salsa. Lost almost 25lbs. I eat other stuff also......grilled chicken...salads.....legumes. Any negative feedback on cottage cheese?

Cottage cheese is the best! It's a great source of dairy and the saphrophytes that you need in your digestive system.

Sure is, especially good if you (and please, you will thank me) mix cottage cheese into scrambled eggs as you cook them...I thought, no way, it'll be gross, but it is fantastic!!! And THAT is two sources of protein and a great way to start your day! Cottage cheese also mixes well with all kinds of fruit!

How can you eat it everyday and not get constipated? That happened to me and it was horrible!

nope, it is a great source of calcium. and if it low fat, don't worry about it.
