I really have gotta say... it's all about input and output. Meaning, whether you lose/gain/stay the same depends on how many calories you put in, and how many you exercise away. Imagine two scales balancing.... if you work out to balance out the amount of calories you are eating, you'll stay the same. If you work out more, you will lose a little weight. If you work out and eat less/more healthfully, you'll lose a lot of weight, plus you will be on track for the rest of your life on how to eat well, and keep it off. My suggestion for the mean time is to cut out a few carbs... not drop it all together though, because then the second you eat a piece of bread againyou'll blow up. Stay away from pizza, pasta, and sweets, and add a little bit of working out to your schedule. I gave up all sweets (desserts at restaurants, candy, cookies, everything) and totally noticed results. Try walking somewhere or just walking on the treadmil at the gym. You'll start noticing your clothes fitting a little differently, and suddenly, you won't be craving the sweets and pizza as much anymore. Indulge every once in awhile, so you don't binge the second you see cookies. You'll be happy and healthy, and you'll be looking great for school!
Whatever you do, don't try diet pills. They don't work on their own... it's not some magic solution, and it doesn't work if your not dieting and exercizing. Plus, they have some awful side effects... I tried one for awhile... and found myself depressed all the time. I would cry at anything, like commercials and stuff, and felt sad all the time. I finally confessed to my mom I was taking them (I was 16) and she told me they were affecting my body (she is a nurse) and mental health. It was so terrible... and I didn't lose any weight.
Good Luck with everything!

Quick Fixes never work in the long term
Start eating right and working out and your body will reach the weight it was meant to be at, not what todays fast food has made it.

I think it depends on how big you are. But if I were you I would be happy for what I am. But if you could try more exercise and more eating of the food from the food groups. Plus you need to exercise self-disipline.
