went out with guy for 3 months, he built himself up and when it came down to do the do (sex) he lasted about 1 min. after that he never called me again, i called him, but no return call. he has my freakin earrings! what should i do? was he embarrased?

he probably just figured you didnt want anything but sex, OR just wanted sex for himself. Yes, he was embarrassed because he knows you can say he is mr quick, and that your pissed you were used. You can say forget it and move on.. OR...
you can keep him as a diala fling.
If a guy doesnt call you, he thinks he wont get it again...
You will just have to bite the bullet and give up the rear without expecting it to be good, cause you want earrings.
Guys tend to start doin a little better if they know your a steady peice of ***, or they just dont give a **** if you leave or not and stay quick.
MOST guys LOVE to keep a peice of unattached *** around...
They will do alot to keep it unless they really dont care about it, or has other peices of ***.
IF he has the possibility to be better at sex... and isnt just some Schmoe.
Eventually.. all guys know women WILL leave and go find better sex elsewhere if its JUST sex they are having.. Women will be generous a time or two... but not forever..If a guy doesnt feel like he can make you happy in the sack, or doesnt think you will give it up alot more, he wont care at all how it is...
You could just say, gimmie the earings and you can have a quickie and just take the earrings first(payment always first) then walk out the door leaving him feeling used and dumb..
He might have needed the earings to give to his other girlfriend..
But... id say... f--- the earrings... they are material.. dont bother getting them back.. In all honesty.. he probably wont change..
If a guy talks themselves up... its usually all BS.. but everynow and then.. some one knows what they have and dont need to lie to get a 1 min one night stand for 3 months of effort.

It's very possible that he was embarassed. Guys always want to live up to some kind of sexual standard (even my boyfriend gets upset when he doesn't go very long and we've been having sex for about nine months now) and when they can't, that hurts them. It's a shame that he wouldn't call you back. Maybe if you leave him a message that signals that you're not upset with the way sex went, he'll give you a call back so you can get your earrings....even if you really are upset.

It's true that he could have been embarrassed. But like some guys he could have been just trying to "hit it" and once he did he didn't see any reason for continuing the relationship.

he might have been embarrassed. you might have teased him for three months and got him too excited. that does happen. unless the earrings were heirlooms, let him remember you by them because he won't get another chance to "screw up".
