Sound such as you pulled a rhomboid muscle this is the single in basic terms below and between the shoulder blade and it hurts like nobodies company. there is not any longer plenty you are able to truly do for it yet relax and enable the muscle heal itself. Take it worry-free and lay on a heating pad for couple of minutes each hour

You need to stretch those muscles out more. I don't know your age, but when you are young and you are growing, those muscles often grow slower than your bones and so when you walk you are literally experiencing growing pains. Every night before you go to bed, stretch all your muscles. Every morning when you get up, stretch again. It only takes five minutes and it will mean a much nicer day and better sleep at night, too.

You must not be masturbating enough- your semen deposits are backing up out of your testicles and clogging up the veins your legs. If you masturbate often, you must have abnormal semem production and should see a doctor right away- if it reaches your heart, you're as good as dead.
