I'm not so sure about the civilian side of the house, but in the active military, soldiers bring home wives from foreign countries all the time. A large percentage of german and korean wives grace our military installations all over the US. If they can come, it seems like it wouldn't be so hard for you too. I'm just not sure of what the regulations are for the civilian side. Good luck!

What do you mean by Civilian US Navy? Do you mean he's an active duty Sailor? Or he's just an American citizen working for the US Navy?

If he's a US Citizen active duty Sailor, yes, your family can definitely go to America faster.
