To reduce tension we can do yoga or meditation daily.Reduce the fear first we think why we fear and feel we have dear to face that.

Therapy, meditation. Best way to deal with fear is to face it. (i know easier said than done). If needed, medication. Maybe some herbal remedies could help if none of the above. Valerian root, kava kava, L-Theamine, Passionflower all seem to have a good response for most people. They didn't help me, but I seem to be immune to all but the most hardcore anti-anxiety remedies. But a good outlook or therapy are the best. Just take a risk, what do you really have to lose??? (Unless you're in Iraq or something)

You may need counselling.
How about trying prayer, facing your fears in small incremental ("baby") steps?
How about asking "Is the problem that I am facing, will it matter in 10 years time? is it really that important?"
Sometimes, it is really not to take things so serious.
We have to learn to relax.
chew your food slowly. Go to the garden or nature park for a walk. Read an inspirational book Focus on good thoughts, reject negative thoughts. Resolve your inner problems with someone to be trusted.
Cheers!

Meditate

Meditation, good sleep, valerian root, yoga or other exercise works too, a glass of red wine at night.

Change the way you think about things. When you start to get tense or afraid of something, stop yourself and think of positive things related to that issue.

Prayer and exercise is great. Medication and/or counseling may be needed, but don't let a doctor put you on a med, and think a pill will fix it. Counseling is usually the key ingredient, but meds are a lot of times necessary.
