Hepatitis C is blood borne so that means that anyone that comes in contact with blood that is positive for Hep C could get it.

Microscopic blood is how Hep C is passed - fingernail clippers, razors, and most definitely bloodly semen.

Don't be above nature - AIDS, Hep C, and all sorts of STD's can happen... no one is immune. Use protection, and get yourself checked.

PS
I saw one of the answers about just "sex" you can get it; actually that's not 100% true. Why? My ex had it for who knows how many years and I was with him over a decade - I never contracted it. The doc said it had to be blood product or exchange.

My fiance has hep C and we don't use any protection for sex. The Dr. said that there is only like a 2% chance of getting hep C this way. It is usally through Drug use and blood transfusions so i think your risk is very low.

It seems that if you are having sex with a person infected with Hep C that you can contract it, with or without kidney stones passing blood through semen.
