like always having to keep it spotLess, getting out of the house with all the pets and kids so someone could look at it?

Yes, annoying, frustrating, aggravating, etc. And don't you just love the realtors who call with 5 minutes notice? That old, "My clients saw your sign when we were going to see another house and would like to see yours. We'll be there in 5 minutes." I even had two calls where the realtor said they were already sitting in my driveway!!! These calls were without scheduling a viewing via my realtor or me!

As my husband put it, it's like taking a deep breath and holding it in until your house sells. We are now in the moving phase...it looks like the opposite of staging. Clutter everywhere!

Oh yes. Even though you want somebody to buy your house, it just seems you can never relax beacuse you are always waiting for a call that somebody is going to be coming through...

it got to be a headache so we took our house off the market and getting ready to build a house.then were going to put it back up for sale and they can look at it whenever they want.

when my dad sold his house he was cleaning out the basement and turned around to see the realtor with some clients of hers standing behind him - to put it mildly he was NOt HAPPy!!
