well i like this guy but i dont know if he likes me. there is an age difference. he likes my sister but i dont know if he likes me. and no i will not ask him. are there any signs to look for?

How do you know that he likes your sister? Maybe he is using "seeing your sister" as an excuse to come see you.

You are indeed in a tight predicament considering the guy you like go for no other than your sister. Does the guy and your sister have established their relationship? If the guy is still courting your sister or have just shown interest in her, you still might get a slim chance to win him. Try asking your sister what she feels about the guy and perhaps if the answer is negative. then you can make your first move. A woman can easily win the attention of a man without even trying the obvious means. You can always start by dealing with his weaknesses, likes and dislikes. Remember a developed relationship is far better than the one conceived at a glance. Try to please him but not to the extend of being cheap. If all normal ways failed to win him then be realistic about it for he is not the last man on this planet. Look for another man that really falls for you.

If he is dating your sister, then I say "stay away" and go find your own guy. Most of all though I think you should be honest with your sister and let her know you have a crush on him.
If he does like you in that way, chances are he would have already let you know. But for me, I would probably have to ask even if it meant my heart breaking..

Be patience , if two weeks passes and you see nothing happening , any changes at all. Casiously ask him to go to a cafe, to talk it could be about anything your school work or life . You can say that you need an opinion on something and you think his the best person to ask. Talk to him like you talk here to strangers, or peoples.

Try 2 talk 2 him. communication is a great trick. If he talks to u nicely 4 long n quite frequently then it is a positive sign.

Check the body language. When you talk to him does he "groom" himself. If he does, he probably likes you.
Boys also like girls who are direct. Tell him that you like him and ask him if he likes you. That is the best way to find out. If he doesn't like you, find someone else who does! Boys are real simple that way.
