1st of all, they are not water pills, those are diuretics. This is a pill that speeds up your metabolism and suppresses your appetite. I have taken them in the past and LOVED them. They are awesome, and helped me feel energetic, and prevented me from feeling hungry. They are also very safe, they are actually the other half of fen-phen. The safe half. The other half is no longer available. And I lost 27 pounds on them, and I would have lost more, had I been heavier, but I think they are the best and fastest diet pill available. Also they do take about 3 or 4 days for your body to adjust to them. So the first couple of days, you may have insomnia.

I haven't use any of those but i tried hydroxycut hardcore 3 weeks ago and have great results.
