Start off by sitting her down and telling her that you need to have a serious conversation with her. Then, start telling her about how you are feeling, and tell her what you just told us, about how it seems to you that she no longer has an interest in you. See what she says at this point, and remember to stay with your decision to break up (unless you change your mind because she said something that you did not know). Then, go with something to the effect of "look, i really do like you, but it is just not working anymore. I really need and want to break up, because i think it will be best. (right here, give your reasons as to why you are ending it) &. I ask for your release from a relationship that will only result in endless pain and misery for us both.

Well, I'm not gonna say ur too young to have a girlfriend, caz I would hate that if I was u. Anyways, maybe u guys aren't right for each other. Why do u think she has lost interest in u? Well, maybe if u both think it's best that u break up, then u should. Sit her down one day and talk about how great it has been to date her (while u talk, she'll most likely figure out that ur breaking up w/ her), then just say that u don't think it's gonna work out between u two. I know, totally lame! But that's the best I can do Good Luck!! :)
P.S.: Wat's her first name? Just curious?

Do it in person and alone, and do it respectfully. Think about the reasons why you know this just isn't working out and no matter what, don't start a verbal argument. Ask that she listen to you first.
If this doesn't work, or she repeatedly declines your requests to talk in private, write her a letter and give it to her explaining why you're breaking up with her. (Don't do this first! Always try to do it in person!)
Good luck.

Try finding someone else and justify which is better? it might as well hard but you will never know unless you try, remember!ending up to someone means a new start with the other.

I would just tell her that you do not think it is going to work between the two of you and that you think that you should stop seeing each other. Just be honest with her no need to make up any stories

just do it
you'll find there are plenty of girls who want to be with you
without the demands
don't feel the need to be nice
or if you are perceived as a jerk
believe or not if you just cold dump her and tell her why ( and don't be soft spoken about it )
she'll respect you and want you even more
gilrs respect a guy who is himself and does not softsell anything
