I have a one year old, and I give her soy milk. It is easily digested- unlike cow's milk. You can fine Rice Dream, vanilla enriched in the non-dairy healthy section in the grocery store. Feed her more fruits, and vege's for the constipation.

Sounds like a Lactose intolerance.

Remove all dairy, and replace with Soy milk, or something Lactose free. I think you will see a huge difference in a few days.

Also, if you have a 'sick child' (meaning you told the doctor that your child is vomiting, constipated, and has a rash) and the doc won't see you for another MONTH.....time to switch docs. I can understand them putting you off till next month if you requested a routine exam or wanted to talk with the doc. But if you stated the ill symptoms your child has, they are supposed to have same day, if not next day availablility for 'sick child' visits. Maybe call the docs office back, tell them the symptoms, say she is very ill, and can you get in to see the doc. I think they will suddenly become very available.

She could have a milk allergy since rashes and vomiting are common symptoms.
Milk is rich in protein and Vitamin A and B so all you need an alternative to cow's milk.
Try Soy Milk.

My daughter was the same way. I had to take her off all dairy products. She had to drink lacto free milk till she was about 5 and that made a big difference. Check with your doctor, they will help you decide what is best for her. Good luck!

don't think you have to wait till next appointment if your kid's sick. if you are already supplementing some of her milk feeds with semi solid foods then it might not 'hurt' her if you take her off her milk but still you've got to see a doctor

She should see the doctor, some people are allergic to milk.

She may have an allergy or may be lactose intolerant. I would stop giving her cow's milk if she's getting sick from it. Have you tried giving her soy milk?

cow's milk should never be given before one year, and some doctors say even 2 years... its causes bloating and maybe constipation.... u can give her yogurt though....
to solve constipation problem, give her fruits like prunes and figs... and some vegetables like zucchini, carrots, but not potatoes... and let her drink lots of water in small portions...
