I don't know anyone personally with that last name. If you do a search on google for "Serrazina portuguese family" it does return some names though. One is a footware manufacturer:
JOSE R.SERRAZINA & Ca. Lda.
I got a lot more hits when I searched for "Serrazin portugal"... maybe the "Serrazina" family and "Serrazin" are related in the past. Hope this helps.

Forget checking websites for last names. They are all under construction or they charge you. Anyhoo, your name does not exist! Or is was altered at some point in history. It sounds Italian. So.... NOW YOU TELL US!
