If you only want to lose 7 pounds, eat healthy.. fruits veggies lean meat whole grains, and get some exercise...
If you only have to lose 7 pounds, you are obviously not that overweight, so a bigger question is why.. why do feel the need to lose 7 pounds. That's not enough to make it a health difference, so it is probably a self esteem issue.. in this case there is no amount of weight you can lose to make yourself feel better.

Breakfast- Fruits like apples
Lunch: more veg, less meat/seafood, no carbo
Tea: Fruit juice and fruits
Dinner: soup (no carbo please)
