Nevertheless, she made a mistake of thinking of me as her friend after treating me like a slave and sharing the detailes of her drug habit with me.
I have collected evidence and records for that.
Given that her birthday is coming up, I her birthday present may be a felony drug charge.
Should I turn her in on her birthday, or is there any other LEGAL and creative way to bring my point across before I leave her?

why don't you just leave her. don't stoop to her level. besides if she's the type who'll slap someone she cares about imagine what she is going to do to you when you dog her. i wouldn't want to be in your shoes. if you want to get back at her spead a rumour around that you've won a heap of money that will get back to her. leave some brochures around from a travel agent she can see, then leave her.

If she is trying to stop using drugs then going to the authorities might not me necessary, but if she treats you horribly and expects you to roll over and die then go for it. It is not right to take her abuse and let her think it is OK.
