It depends on the mood I'm in. Most of the time I prefer an almost unnoticeably sweet red wine. I like Rose Montaigne a lot.

i prefer red wine and sweet the best wine i have had is Yellow Tail Cheraz from Austrailia it is tasteful and goes down easy

Red, mildly sweet Chianti preferably, but I also liked Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot together. I had it in Paris.

St. Francis Merlot is pretty good.

I prefer a sweet white wine, the best is German and it is called Riesling Auslese ( pronounced ous-lisa ) Riesling is the grape.

relies upon on what i'm doing... if i'm sitting with friends and having a drink... a impressive marlot... or if i'm eating something... like steak... then yeah, pink... yet a ICE WINE is often sturdy! a touch expensive... yet sturdy.... i hit upon sweet wines kinda... unclassy... like BabyDuck or something... no longer somewhat wine in any respect... hahaha sorry if this offends everyone wish this helps...
