If you are illegal and you commited a felony and put into jail. Do you get deported immeatly or you have the chance to be released on bail?

Your best bet for solid information is to consult an attorney, and one who specializes in immigration would be a good choice.

Most likely, with a felony and being illegal, no bail will be given, and person will be held in jail.

YOU WILL GET BAIL but if u show up to court on afelony be prepared to sot in the county jail or prison for 6to 1year untail immagration decides to DEPORT THAT ***

It depends on where you are from. Certain nationalities can claim defector status and won't be deported, but will still have to go to trial. If H.R. 4437 gets passed, you will be buried under the jail.

You can be released. They will give you a deportation hearing for a later time. Don't show up,they WILL deport you.

IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT STATE U LIVE IN. BUT IM THINKING U WONT BE DEPORTED, BUT U WILL LOOSE ANY CHANCE OF BECOMING LEGAL WITH HAVING A FELONY ON UR RECORD. WELL UNLESS U R USING A FALSE NAME, IF UR HISPANIC U WILL KNOW WHAT I MEAN

you will be asked to be taken to your leader, then he will we be deported, and/or shot. Meanwhile you get a medal and a thank you from the town drunk, then deported and/or shot yourself.
