I live in British Columbia, Canada, on the west Coast.
It is absolutely beautiful here. I happen to live in the City of Vancouver, but even for a city, its gorgeous!!
There are mountains ... even here at the end of July there is a bit of snow on the tops ... and the ocean, and bays, and rivers, and trees, trees, trees, and more trees. There are many lakes, hills, canyons as well.
I have never been to a more beautiful place. I am an American, and have travlled most of the US, parts of Mexico, and Western Canada.
I can't say enough good about it.
If you ever get a chance to visit, do it!!!

My dad is from Canada, but maybe because I'm an American from Detroit and love huge cities, that I am not all that interested in Canada. I mean, don't get me wrong, they have some of the best areas and shops and I love the peace and calm, but I need a busy city life for me. The parts where I go are usually grass and either very green or like a yellowish, lol.

I live and Canada and am very proud of it. It really depends where you are in the country. In British Columbia you have huge mountains with the Pacific Ocean, Alberta you have the Rockies, Saskatchewan is Praries and flat, Manitoba and Ontario (where I live) is kinda bumpy and foresty, Quebec and the Maritimes (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island) it's by the ocean and the St. Lawrance River and the Atlantic.

I live by the ocean with high mountains all around...I'm in the middle of a rain forest so it's always green with large trees....the weather is mild and beautiful. I was born here 57 years ago and would never leave..I worked for an international airline for 31 years but always wanted to come back here. Vancouver.BC

wildraft1 is obviously American, rude, young and most likely, semi-retarded. Canada is one of the greatest countries on the planet. Plenty of green spaces but the terrain can vary greatly from one province to another. One thing that Canada does have that our American cousins sometimes do not is how we are welcomed globally, wherever we go and you will find, if you are a tourist in Canada, that the people are very friendly and welcoming.

I am Canadian and it is the most amazing country in the world. Of course there are trees and grass.
Maybe you should look up the provinces and territories and see for yourself.
Japanese tourists love Canada.
