Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

Losing weight is easy business. All you need to do is change your diet a little (have fruits for breakfast, cut out most carbos, exercise more) and you are on your way to weight loss.

However, as someone who has helped people lost more than a total of 1000kg, I have noticed that maintanence is usually the most difficult aspect.

I myself have lost 15kg within 2 months. Staying on your diet losing weight and maintaining that weight loss lies not just what you do but what you think.

If you think about it.. a person is who he or she is NOW because of her actions in the past (eg, likes to eat, dun like to exercise, loves fried food) and these actions are usually determined by the decisions that she has made.

The decisions she mades are usually decided by the mindsets that she has about being overweight or being slim.

I often use this analogy when I teach people how to lose weight. Should I be able to give you a 'magical' way to lose weight but your mindsets, your decisions and your actions are still the same... it is very likely that 3 mths down the road, you will be back in square one.

I had a fren who won $10 000 in TOTO and spent it all at xx beauty saloon. While she did slim down, her mindsets never changed and so, after that happened, she proceeded to continue her unhealthy and fattening lifestyle of drinking lots of beer everyday. True enough, she gained back all that she has lost within 3 mths!

So are you ready to change what you think?

It is not about what diet or trick you use. It is about what you think?
Can you find a strong motivation? Why must you lose weight? What compelling reasons are there? I had 175 reasons before I lost my 15kg.. my fren had 300++ reasons before she lost 27kg within 3 months.

You can be sure that we kept to your diet plans and continued to stay slim! ;)
So what are YOUR reasons?

Good luck!

I would suggest that running on Threadmill will help to lose weight fast. When I begin to run on the threadmill, I started on the speed of 5.5 but after a few days, I get bored over the speed and keep on increasing... and now I am running at the speed of 10.5 reguarly.
I find that there are many ways to help us to lose weight and I would like to share with you (Some of them can be quite Radical) :

1) When you are excerising (e.g. running on Threadmill), think about the one you love or like, he or she will motivate you.

2) Start losing weight with excerises which you have interest in. As for me, I started with swimming as I loved to swim and swimming actually helps to condition my body so that I will not suffer from much pain when I start my initial workup in the gym.

3) You can try weight-management pills BUT please AVOID off the self type so as to prevent ill-effects of SLIM 10. If you thought of using weight-management pills, you SHOULD consult your doctor. However, most of the pills have some negative effects on your liver.

4) Invest a portion of your savings or money on the Gym membership. I signed up with SAFRA Energy One Gym for a few hundreds bucks and I motivate myself to go to Gym for the sake of "break-even" the investments.

I try to stay away from breakfast. Sometimes i even skip dinner. try to count your calories. You should only be consuming about 28 kcal/kg body weight; anything more than this will make you gain weight. also try to exercise 3 x/week at least 30 mins/sessions

It's all in your head, love.
You have to want it soo bad that you are willing to change your lifestyle.

It's really hard, I'm going through it right now. I gave up all soda. I no longer eat alot of carbs. I haven't had chocolate in awhile. *sigh* Oh, how I miss chocolate. I haven't really had any sweets either.

I've lost 4 pounds in a week and a half. Not great but, I'm really trying.

DON'T skip meals, it's bad advice and causes your metabolism to plummet. In fact, it's best to eat frequent small meals that total in calories from 1200 - 1800 calories (google calorie calculator to figure out how many you should be having) per day.
