I work out every day (or every other day, depending on if I'm sore or busy or something) and have very little appetite. My bmi is at 19.0, meaning I am at the very lowest of my weight class. If I continue like this, I will be underweight. How do I increase my appetite? If possible, I would like to gain weight in muscle, not fat, but anything will help. I am 14, 5'3" and 107 pounds. Can anyone help me?

You should consult a doctor. There might be something wrong with your body excreting ghrelin, which is a hormone produced by your body that induces hunger. It could also be a thyroid problem as well, perhaps it is overactive.

actually, if you're under 18 the BMI chart works much differently.

however, i would say to make sure your meals have a lot of protein in them if you're looking to gain muscle instead of fat.

If you're ok with it, try birth control. You eat and eat and eat. You'll get bigger. If you eat a lot of fatty food and work out right after it burns it and builds muscle.

Get protein vitamins. Eat food the is high in calories. I would eat twice as much as I normally do.

if you can't really eat much, don't force it
but make sure you at least eat a little
drink shakes or eat stuff with protein, like banana
or drink soy milk or chocolate milk
