It is not going to happen in a week! You will have to do a combination of aerobic exercises to burn the fat and crunching and situp type exercises to build the muscle in the abdominals. There are tons of great exercise programs out there - and I don't think there is a 'best' one- the main thing is just to get up and do it! You are looking at a good six weeks to see some real results though, IF you are committed and consistant

The only way I can think of is to go to a costume shop that sells fake stomachs, and buy a set. If you keep it strapped on, and do a lot of exercises, it may even act like one of those sweat belts, so eventually you'll get the real thing. But if you're sort of pudgy, it ain't gonna happen in a week !

Go to the gym and work out. I'm not
sure if you'll be able to do this in one week.
Develop a routine that includes a large
number of sit ups daily. Walking
will also assist you. Each day that
you work on your abs will one day have
that washboard look..

heres how to get one in a few weeks
if you try to get one in one week your going to overdo it and lose muscle tissue and die.....
im kidding
but you could get hurt
here it is

do...
30 situps (feet under something)
30 side situps (each side.... lay on your side with your knees close to your chest and then raise up sideways)
30 crunches (lay flat on the floor and raise up at the waist as high as you can)
50 of these (lay on your back on the ground and raise your legs 6 inches off the ground then do a scissor movement with your legs)
30 atomics (start flat on the floor and raise your legs off the ground.... thats one...)
30 backward situps (lay on your back in a situps form but without anything holding your feet... now keep your legs in the position the whole time and pull your legs to your stomach)

do that twice a day with atleast an hour in between
and to work on that pudge run a mile a day....
i know its hard but u can do it
think of the benifits
and to help get rid of that pudge eat 6 small meals a day to raise your metabolism so you can burn fat
but make sure its healthy and doesnt have to many calories and a super small amount of carbs

good luck
and sry about this answer being so long but it works
i did it
and now im ripped
and im only 13

it's going to take longer than a week, but if you like weight training/lifting, go find some kettlebells. yep, kettlebells...it's a russian weightlifting device that looks meek, but is actually quite challenging. regardless, the kettlebell results in rapid muscle gain that isn't bulky, just very trimmed and toned. not only will you see results in your core (abs), you'll see that your whole physique will begin to improve. use a variety movements...be creative...and i promise you'll see results within the first couple weeks. i've been using them for a few months and i ABSolutely recommend them!!! (cheesy, i know) good luck and i hope this helps!
