Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

well you have done the first best thing, you realize you have a problem and you really wanna solve it. Now just apply yourself, what I do is try balancing out the amount of junk food you eat with healthy food such as fruit and veggies, try stripping yourself of the junk food you get like have an orange or banana instead. Also try to do at least one physical excercise a day, more if you feel up to and are really motivated. Maybe take a walk with someone or a dog perhaps. Maybe as many situps as you can do a couple days a week, or join the gym, I am a member of 24 hour fitness, and I love it, and always get a good long workout. Another thing you can do is swimming, I dont know if it is hot where you are, or if you have an inside pool, but doing laps is a way lots of people get exercise. Another big help is WATER. I used to have about a soda a day but I told myself I need more water, and now I drink a few bottles a day, it not only curbs appetite for some people, its WAY healthy and clears your skin of blemishes. Hope I helped!!

As embarassing as this is to say but I'm on the same boat. I have two small kids too and man this fat is going nowhere!

But I have realized that eating 6 smaller meals keeps you metabolism going rather than only eating once a day or so. When you eat less and less frequently, you're body thinks it is starving itself. So for survival purposes, the body holds on to his life by holding on the the fat reserves and not letting it burn. When you eat smaller meals more frequently, you can trick you're body into thinking things are fine and avoid it from switching into survival mode.

Also, eat but only the right foods. Fruits and veggies galore and moderation of whole grains and meat. Protein is important. I heard milk helps you lose weight too...
Drink lots of water... at least 8 glasses a day. Just premeasure out a jug with 8 cups of water and refridgerate it at night. The next day, your goal should be to finish that jug by the end of the day. The cold water curbs your cravings for food!

Also, exercise. Since you have two kids, you many not be able to leave the house to go to the gym whenever you want. For this, I love Denise Austin's "Blast of the Pounds: Indoor Walk" DVD. It's great and you can customize the workouts however you want. Look up the features on Amazon.com. You can purchase it from Walmart or Walmart.com (for only 97 cent shipping!) for $10! You can't go without exercising. That is crucial! Do it daily for an hour a day.

Good luck.

maybe you're not fat! There is a certain weight that is easily maintained depending on the individual. Maybe you are not there yet. It is easy to gain weight until you reach that point and easy to lose weight after that point. get me? I've been running for the past 8 years and running w/ other people on a team. We all talk about this and as a group we figured it out. As long as you don't over do it w/ the food and exercise regularly. Dont over do the exercising either cuz it's so unbelievably easy to get burnt out. Anyway, you shouldnt worry so much. You're kids love you and you're beautiful

i understand you. it's like deep down we ALL know what to do (healthy diet and exercise) but somehow we still don't know.

like what's a healthy diet? what kind of exercises?

then there's the skepticism or th outright disbelief...deep down we aso feel like it's never going to happen...we're never going to lose weight...so why give it your hundred and twenty percent with all these fad diets and such?

Well, i'll tell you this...it's ALL MENTAL!!! if you can get your mind right and have the will and determination you need to succeed...you can take on any of these popular diets and be successful...

i know it's easier said than done...i've been trying to lose the same 10 pounds for 4years....

Good LUCK!!!

Be honest about what you eat. For two days write down everything you eat.Don't edit your eating to change your eating log. Be honest,if you would normally eat it ,eat it. I have seen many surprised at the outcome. Good luck.
