I'm gonna be a Navy Seabee as a Construction Mechanic. I would like to know if i'll be able to get an ASE certificate while i'm in the Navy?

I will need an ASE certificate once i get out right?

Yes. Once you've gotten past all the BS and start working in your rate, you need to go and see the Education Services Office and sign up of the related apprenticeship program. Once you've completed the apprenticeship, you'll be able to apply for your certificate. As a SeaBee, you should try to complete as many apprenticeships as you can. I completed my Builder and Construction Electrician which was a big plus when I got out.
