There is a very slim chance that you would be pregnant. Less than one in a hundred, in fact. However based upon the time in which you had the procedure done and in what manner can greatly determine those results.

For instance, my aunt who had her procedure in the late 1970's had a child in 1980- so of course in her case her tubes found a way of unraveling and returning to full restorative ability.

I, on the other hand, had a C-section in 98 in which they cut, sautered and then tied each tube in complete open view- will that come undone?- heck no.

Although you may want to check into other health indicators other than pregnancy- I had problems with scar tissue from the procedure. Cysts on ovaries can cause problems with abnormal menstruation and also happen frequently after a Tubal Ligation.

It's not very likely but if you suspect that you are then you should see a doctor. I know of a woman who conceived following a tubal and it was outside of the uterus. She decided to try to take it to full term and lo and behold, her body formed a protective 'sac' around the embryo and she had a successful nearly full term pregnancy! It was ultimately a c-section baby. You need to know too that she was under adequate regular frequent doctor's care and monitored every step of the way. It is not always possible and hardly ever adviseable to do this but it was a real joy to the parents. Usually pregnancy after a tubal requires surgery to prevent illness or injury to the mother.

I honestly know of two women who got pregnant after supposedly having tubals. One paid for three, I am not lying, and had a child after each surgery. Some,(not all) Doctors are unscrupulous and will not do the job right or at all.

Yes you can. There are few things that are 100% and a tubal is not one of them. Good Luck and see your doctor.

yes, especially with a ligation, could happen, remember ligations are reversible. Go to your OBGYN if you have a doubt.
