Yes they will go to heaven. If you have the conscience to ask yourself whether or not you have blasphemed, you haven't.

There are three conditions for something to be a sin:
1) The action must be a grave matter.
2) The person must know what he or she is doing.
3) The person most do it on his or her own free will.
If, for example, somebody uses the name of the Lord in vain, it is a grave matter, but the person must have the intention of using the Lord's name in vain and must know that they are committing a sin in order for the act to be truly sinful. For this reason, addiction or habit removes the culpability of a sin, because the person may not be acting on his or her own free will.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that it is not a sin if the person didn't know that what he or she was doing was bad.

No, Once you blaspheme it's over, done, no heaven for you, no second chance, blaspheme and you are a goner. I remember a kid in my pre school who blasphemed and I am sure he is going to hell, even though he became an evangelical minister.
