The '69 R/T is my ultimate Muscle Car. However, I do agree with you that Mopar should've based the new Charger off the '99 concept. The four doors on the new Charger...I've finally gotten used to it. Still don't like it, but oh well. The '99 was sleek & aggressive styling, but again, it also had four doors. Here's a link to it

Jay, I don't believe the concept was FWD. According to the link above, it's RWD. I agree with the "cab forward" engineering, but some refinements in styling could've rectified that. Don't concept cars usually go through a lot of re-engineering anyway before final production? Thanks.

The problem with the 99 concept is that it was based on the front drive, cab forward design and philosophy of the late 90's. That technology is obsolete. That design can't work with the new platform. I like this one better anyway.
