Depression is the result of a cheimcal reaction in your body gone bad. Seritonin(spelling) is realeased in your brain and causes your happy mood. If your body is not releasing enough of this chemical it can cause depression. Depression does not last a few days. Everyone gets the blues here and then. Depression is long lasting. Weeks, even months. If this is your case, you need to see a doctor to get feeling better. They can give you medicine or therapy to teach you how to cope with life. Good luck. Remember, life has ups and downs for all of us. You can work through it and happier days are ahead. It might also help you to talk to your friends or family about how you are feeling. That always helps me when I am feeling down. Get out of the house and do something. Stay occupied.

Start exercising. Walking outdoors is amazing for the mind. It lets the oxygen that you inhale flow right through your body. It feels invigorating and rejeuvinating. If you walk with a friend, you get nice company. If you go alone, it gives you time to clear your mind and soul. Focus on the breathing as you walk. Listen to yourself breath in and then out. It's very, very calming and rhymic. I recommend that to everyone with high stress and/or depression (but do understand that I am not a professional!!).

Also, get yourself involved in the community. If feels great when you know you can reach out to others and help. Or join a group like sports, arts, literary groups, hobbies, etc where you can interact with people of the same interest. There are so many things to choose from!

I hope the best for you !!

You can do it, I know you can!

If you always feel bad the first thing you might want to do is go to a doctor and get a thorough physical examination. You could have a health problem.

You also could try exercise, like walking at a brisk pace. Exercise releases endorphins; which is called the feel good hormone

May be your suffering from inferiority complex that makes you feel bad. Start respecting yourself first.Self respect will bring good change in you and you will not feel bad.Avoid complex it wont solve anything.Your depression is due to complex that always make you feel bad.Say to yourself "Im the best" when you wake up and also when you go to sleep. This will enter in your sub conscious mind and you will feel much better.Depression could be also due to your family tension, whether they are comparing you to sisters or neighbour's daughters of your same age.
