It's Never Good To Completely Forget Someone...I Mean I Totally Understand The Cheating Part And All, But Sometimes It Is Harder Trying To Erase Someone. I'm Sure You Had Good Times With Him, So Just Remember Those And Imagine How You Will Have Those Good Times With A New Guy...Part Of Moving On Is Accepting What Happened Instead Of Just Trying To Leave It..Maybe You Should Confront Him And Tell Him Everything That Hurt You...And Then Maybe..Just Maybe You Will Be Able To Move On A Lot Easier..It Also Might Be Easier To "Let Him Go" By Remembering Just Why You Broke Up...Just Say To Yourself...He Cheated On Me...So He Doesn't Deserve My Time...And Think About It....If You Are Thinking About Him Enough That You Have To Find A Way To Forget Him..You Already Have Given Him Too Much Time..

Stop living in the past. The past is sometime like a magnet that draws us back into it's more often then not negativism. Tell yourself my past is not going to control me any more. Take a stand on this and don't budge! Know in your heart that once a cheater always a cheater! Cheaters are low lifes! You deserve better. Make up your mind to be joyful and live a happy life with moral people. Set yourself a higher standard of life and for boyfriends.

You can go read my questions I got a lot of good answers. The one I liked best was to be proactive in your own life. Start doing things for you and that will help enrich YOUR life. If he's cheating, it's best to move on. It is easier said than done, but you will do it, and if you need any encouraging, I would be the one to do it. This breakup is fresh not barely 2 weeks. Good Luck. Blessings to you!

Think of all the people you forgot about, and find out what made you forget about them. Then figure out if that is what you want to do with your ex. If so, state that every time you think about him that you actually aim to forget about him. You should end up not having to remind yourself that you want to forget him.
There are shortcuts like getting a new lover asap, but I think it´s very sane to let go of the past before you take the next step.

Burn all the things he left behind and dance on the ashes, then go do something completly for you! Go to the spa with some friends and plan for a party, either hosting one or going to one, being exited and busy will help a lot.

do something to spoil yourself: a shopping spree, a spa day, a vacation alone, new hairstyle. Or start a new hobby like knitting, running, scrapbooking. Join a book club. Just focus on making yourself happy.

u can never forget about your ex.. just remember the fact that he cheated on you and strive to get a better boyfriend next time. as i would say "you can never forget about some1 after they've entered your life, you can only move on remembering your old mistakes to strive for a better future"

I got rid of everything that I had from my ex... from pics, to jewelry. If you can't throw it out, put it away for good. When you fall for someone else, then you might be able to rid yourself of it.

Constantly think about all his bad attributes, preferably if he has a bad breath. It would take about 1 week to purge him off your near memory.
