He said the New Jerusalem and temple would be built in western Missouri (at that time). It would be the place Christ returned to at His Second Coming? (Doctrine & Covenants, 97:19 (August 1833) and 101:17-21 (December,1833). In 1843, Smith also prophecied in the name of the Lord God: that the Son of Man will not come in the heavens until I am 85 years old, 48 years hence or about 1890. Smith, however, was dead within a year, and Christ still has not returned. (Joseph Smith History; 5:336).

Who agrees with me Joseph Smith of Mormons is a false prophet?

I don't know if he was a false prophet but he certainly was misled in his belief when Christ would come back. It clearly states in the bible spoken by Jesus Christ Himself that the day, time and so forth when He would return is not revealed for us to know for obviously God knows it is best for us not to klnow just as we don't know when our time on earth is up. Also why we are told to always be prepared, to live each day fully in the spirit of God and that includes love, joy, enjoy to fully experience the life that God has given us

They're all false, the only difference between them and Joe Smith is thousands of years of poorly recorded history. Give old Joe's religion a couple of thousand years to do a quick edit or two. It's will all make more sense then.

I agree that he was a false prophet. Anyone who predicts something in the Name of the Lord and it does not come to pass, is considered a false prophet.

Absolutely! It's so sad that the Mormon church has been so deceived. And it's scary that they claim to be Christians! The "god" that Mormonism was founded on was definitely not the God of the Bible!

I agree. He may have meant well but I think he wanted to be a prophet so bad that he thought some dreams he had were visions.
