Trinity was made up by people who did not understand the true nature of the God head. There is a God head that consists of 3 different individuals. God, his only begotten Son and the Holy Ghost. The proof lies in Jesus stating to pray to the father in his name and that he did not know the exact time of his return but the Father only. If Jesus was the father also he could not have made that statement.

The Trinity is a mystery. There is a vast and complicated field of study called Trinitarian Theology that studies the Trinity, but, ultimately, our human minds cannot understand it. The Trinity is 3 Persons (Boethius defines "person" as an individual substance with a rational nature) in one God. Thus, we call the Trinity a Communion of Persons, a constant exchange of love between Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, which, through the Son, we are invited to participate in. At my level of education right now, that's the best I can explain it without using similies.

The Bible clearly teaches that Jesus is God (cf. John 8:58, 10:38, 14:10; Col. 2:9). It also clearly teaches that the Holy Spirit is God (cf. Acts 5:3–4, 28:25–28; 1 Cor. 2:10–13). Everyone agrees the Father is God. Yet there is only one God (Mark 12:29, 1 Cor. 8:4–6, Jas. 2:19).
Jesus tells his apostles to baptize "in the name [notice, singular, not plural] of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" (Matt. 28:19). This is a proof-text: three distinct Persons united in the one divine name. In 2 Corinthians 13:14, Paul writes, "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all." We see this same unity of divine Persons in 1 Corinthians 12:4–11, Ephesians 4:4–6, and 1 Peter 1:2–3.

Name = Title
Lord = Father
Jesus = Son
Christ = Holy Ghost
For first 300 years all Christians were baptized
in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
For last 1700 years most, but not all, Christians
have been baptized in the titles of Father, Son and Holy Ghost
Jesus happens to be all three. Jehovah God born in a manger in Bethlehem. There is only one God who was made flesh and dwelt among us. The Son is the manifested heart of the Father and not a separate spirit or separate creation. What was made flesh was called Jesus.
Isiah says His name (that is Jesus) shall be called Wonderful,
Counselor, THE MIGHTY GOD, THE EVERLASTING FATHER,
the Prince of Peace.
Not three persons, but One God appearing to man in three dispensations.

Hopefully you're willing to consider God's own opinion about this? The following are full of scripture- reference-links, & I encourage you to look them up in whatever Bible you choose:

There are Many Differing ideas even about what the Trinity supposedly is. It certainly can be Very Confusing! That's why it's alway very important to search out what God Himself has to say! The same goes for any other questions one has about God, the Bible & worship that God approves. You're wise to ask about anything that doesn't seem to make sense ...

It's God in three different forms. God in the form of man is Jesus. That is why Jesus was the only perfect person. The holy spirit is just another form of God as well.
God the Father, God the son, and God the Holy Spirit

The question relates to the nature of Jesus: Is he God? Is he God-man? or is he man?
Christianity choose Jesus is both God and Man. So God is father, son, and where did the third part come from: Pentecost, when the apostles received the holy spirit (the third person or aspect). The holy trinity is considered a matter of faith and no logical explanation is given.
Gnosticism believes Jesus is God and Unitarianism believe Jesus is man.
The operative word is belief based on what you believe. I hope that answers your question

The only fact is your acceptance by faith. Without that there is no fact. In the Genesis first chapter, you find described God, Lord God and the Spirit of God. (Father Son and the Holy Spirit)
John wrote "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. Jesus is the Word.
Take the Sun. Due to its brightness (glory) you cannot see the sun itself. But you see its light, and you feel its warmth. Three separate entities of the sun yet we accept them all as the Sun. The sun is God, its light that we see is Jesus, and its warmth (or power) is the Spirit. The bible says that there are three that bear record in heaven, and these three are one. (Your Fact) You just have to believe it.

Well, once upon a time there was a monotheistic god and several believers who though they were god's chosen few and all the rest could be killed and you could steal their land. And then some guy was inspired to think that if one god was good two gods was better and three gods was best. Then he had to figure out how to describe the three gods in one but couldn't do it because he was tired and just made a few things up really quickly that didn't make much sense and here we are.

God the Father
God The Son
and God the Holy Ghost
what are you trying to find out? If you want to know how that works with God being three Persons, it's impossible. The concept is not able to be understood by people.
