You'll have a better life here and more educational opportunities. You need to tell your mom about the tickets.

I agree with everyone else. It is HARD to understand your question. But in any case, communication is key. Talk to your mom and your dad. And try and get them to talk to each other. If you are under age, then they might have to go to court to claim custody of you. If you are a legal adult, you get the easiest decision of your life! Be independent. Only you can decide what you should do.
p.s. puncuation helps.

That is a tough delimma. I wouldn't know what to do. Mexico sounds exciting, but it's a new place and new people, you would be leaving behind all your friends and your mom. who are you closer too? that would be my decision. Or you could just try it out for a couple of months too. I wouldnt let anyone else decide this one for me.

So what exactly is the question?

Dad is going to Mexico for vacation and wants you to go with him

OR

Dad is LEAVING Mom and MOVING to Mexico and wants you to move to Mexico with him?

If it's a vacation.....I'd go
If it's moving permanently....I'd stay

I recommend you stay here and continue your schooling, because, no offense, but from your grammar it seems like you need more education.

I would have to find out what's really going on; it's a bit obvious that SOMETHING is going on that you haven't been kept in the loop about: it's time they put you straight!
Go and find out.
