Any parent who consents to an underage child dating an adult/much older person needs to have their head examined. If you are talking about yourself being the underage child, I would think you should spend your time on other things that seem to be needing work on... like spelling. There is plenty of time for dating... why would you want to shorten your youth/childhood by dating and doing more adult things? Enjoy your youth while you can.

with-in three if years under 18 and over 13
with-in 5 years if over 18
w/in 10 years up if over 25 7 years going down
and if your lonly and over 50 go to 26 lol

any library in your town has law books or the court house have a law library.
