when is the new oporating systems coming out ?

It should be out in a couple of months but I sure wouldn't touch that baby for at least a year. It's not for everyone and has very special requirements. Most computers will not be able to run it. If you have a dual core, 1 gig of ram and a hefty video card, you'll probably be OK.

After all the cases and settlements amounting to million's, Microsoft want's to play it safe this time so it's gonna be a long long time for the next full release.
