my son is 3 and he has very bad reactions to mosquito bites, he has scratched them so much to where hey have caused these dark spots all over his body at some point i think he is gonna dig a whole in his skin. whats your opinion.

it will not cure them. Try something called AFTERBITE. Every pharmacy carries it.

It contains ammonia and will not make the bite itch, hence he won't feel the need to scratch.

With time, the dark spots will disappear. It will take at least 6 months though

no. its for acne. not bites. if the kid is itchy, rub some aloe or calamine on him, but dont give him topical acne medications.
