No, because any asprin causes ulcers the size of pin holes throughout their stomach. I just found this out via my vet last week cause my 10 year old lab has the arthur disease like his owner. There are new meds that will work just fine without the stomach issues. Go see or just call your vet and see what then can give you. Tom started with a sample and it is working great. Tomorrow I am calling in for a script and am very pleased to be able to keep my ole man healthy and happy.

There are arthritic medications out now. You really need to cunsult your Vet to see what is in the best interest of the dog. The Vet may suggest aspirin, but they might want to examine the dog first before hand.

It depends on the weight of your dog. My lab is about 90lbs and I give him a 1/2 an aspirin - regular. But a I'm not sure how much of a baby aspirin. I give it to him for the same thing. But I did accidentally drop one on the floor and my other lab ate the whole thing...nothing happen to him and he's about 70lbs...what a brat. That's why I rename them to BRATADORE RE-STINKERS...hee hee

It's ok to give your dog aspirin for arthritis. But it has to be aspirin specially made for dogs. You could order them online at https://www.moreinfo247.com/9252852/Item.vstore?id=1324
If you don't mind the cost to ease up your dog arthritis, you may want to give some joint health capsules specially made for dogs. Check out https://www.moreinfo247.com/9252852.22/Item.vstore?id=1323
