I believe he does. For a long time I was so sad and guilt ridden for something I had done in my early teens. I really believed God would not forgive me. Then I spoke to a counselor who helped me. She told me God does not measure sin the way we on earth do. We think that stealing a piece of candy is a lot less important than stealing a car. But the truth is, it's STEALING regardless. He doesn't measure the dollar value, etc. A sin is a sin and he doesn't pick and choose which ones he will forgive. He forgives all who seek forgiveness.

God will forgive all sin if you ask Him to...but He's not stupid. There are conditions. The conditions are: you have to be serious about your pleas for forgiveness from God and you have to turn from your sins, whatever they are. That means you have to GIVE THEM UP.
You have to believe that God exists.
You have to believe and acknowledge that Jesus is God, that He came to earth to suffer, die, and and that He rose again FOR YOUR SIN.
If you're serious than you should start going to a Bible believing church so you can get guidance for your new walk in faith.
If you aren't serious then forget the whole thing and continue doing whatever it is that you are doing. Good luck!
