The big deal is, is he married? Most people in managerial positions are. Also, even if you are at another store, is it still against company policy? if so, can you be fired if you start dating
and this becomes known to his superiors?

Another issue is, is it possible that in the future, one or both of you may be transferred so that you are at the same store again?
If this happens, and you and he break up, this can be very messy!

I used to work on a particular unit at a large hospital. A female LPN used to flirt with me but I already had a g/f. When I graduated from R.N. school I moved to another unit, my g/f and I broke up, and I started dating this woman. After 6 months she and I broke up and it was terrible! She had a lot of friends there and since most of the staff were women, they all believed that I was the bad guy! I decided to leave and go to another hospital after 4 more months for a different reason. I would never do that again.

My situation was not exactly the same as yours but I hope something that I have said might help you with your decision.

Yes, you should. Flirting doesn't hurt, but you should be cautious if it starts interfering with the job. You could end up losing more than him.

Once you've transferred to the other store, then you can let him know you're still interested ... without having to see other people looking at you and whispering every day.

Hell no! Tell him you welcome the chance to have a chance to sue him for sexual harassment. You could certainly use the extra money. It's way better than working overtime.
