It sounds like heat rash. If you are in the US where it's been particularly hot lately, this wouldn't surprise me. Just put some aloe or cortisone cream on it to stop any itching and reduce the redness. Then apply some unscented baby powder or cornstarch to keep it dry under there, but stay away from deodorant for awhile. If you are using a scented deodorant, you might want to switch to unscented and see if that helps you too...but wait a week to use it. And if you can stand it, wait awhile to shave too....let the skin settle down.

it's probably irritated from shaving or certain products you may have used recently. if you think it's something serious you should go to a doctor. my sister dot this really big red bump on her arm pit and it got infected.it was that her sweat glands crystalized so all th sweat would just build up.anyway she ended up getting surgery.but if they are little bumps it's probable just irritated.good luck!

My doctor suggested to use a loofah and really scrub at your arms, then apply a good heavy cream like Eucerin.

Goldbond is my guess. My sister had those and I think she had them when she was big. I am not sure if that is something only big folks get or not. Wished I could help.

If you shave your armpits, you might want to check if your razor is sharp. Dull razors can cause bumps like that.
