Is it me or are people just not as nice anymore.?

Many people weren't taught to be polite and therefore are unable to demonstrate this trait to their children. Manners seem to have been pushed to the side in favor of "expressing their feelings" whenever, wherever, and however one chooses to express them. This can be clearly seen in the way some children are being raised without respect for any adults--not even their parents.

But all things seem to go in cycles. Perhaps this will change. I hope so.

Check out the MAJOR difference it what was on television 40 years ago, to what we see today. That change reflects the change in our culture.

its hard saying cause people weren't nice back when i was a kid in the 70's either. i think people are nicer today then when i was a kid , i think its more that some people aren't nice but most people are

Yeah, it's true. Some people have grown bitter... we just have to love and be good to as many people as we can, in as many places as we can, in all the ways we can.
