It is a question of exhibitionism isn't it? You should ask who buys this and why? Normally it use to be less educated persons who is unable to be together with a woman. To be nude is harmless, it is what you have in mind and what you are thinking that makes the sin if that's what you have in mind.

You can use condoms to help with the STD issue. Monogamy is a good choice. But I dont think nudity leads to STDs without contact.
