I don't know where my relationship is going?
He is in Ecuador. I am in Miami. He is returning in 13 days and I don't know but I just am scared he might have changed the way he is or anything else or he might take my caring for him for granted or he might not be that interested or he might mess up. Which he never has, only once but he didn't mean to and it wasn't bad. I just don't know if I should break up so I won't have to think about it all so much and care about me and my own things that I have to do, not if he will get bored or if he is thinking about me or some other girl?

Wow! Ok first thing, take a deep breath and calm down. I can tell your a worrier. One thing about worriers (I used to be one!) is that we love to worry about everything we can't control, while the things we can control go to hell instead.
Right now your "what if"ing yourself to death. You've created a million different scenarios of what could happen in your mind. Well ya know what? It's all rubbish because nobody can predict the future. Just relax, chill out and if you have been/are enjoying the relationship, then enjoy the relationship. If something happens once he does get back, deal with it then once you know what's happening and you have some control over what to do about it. Don't break up with him just because of "what ifs". If you want to be in the relationship, then stay in the relationship.
Try to do this in the future....its a little mental exercise that can sometimes snap you back to reality:
When you start worrying about a problem think "Is this currently a REAL problem?" (as opposed to a hypothetical or what if). If the answer is yes, then "What am I going to do about it?"....if the answer is no, then stop worrying!! It helps!!
