I'm talking about the liquid in glass jars at supermarkets and the frozen drink made onsite at Starbucks coffeehouses

The frozen one is the real frapp, the one in the bottle is just called that to get people to buy that

When you find that out, ask why in the hell you can't get anything at Starbuck's in Freaking English, including the size!

They have different kinds of frappachinos in their coffee shops. And the two in bottles are just small servings. But the vanilla one tastes better than the other one.

it is their name, their copyright. so everybodie knows as soon they see frappuccino, that it is starbucks.
to answer ronrlogans question as well: the founder of starbucks got inspired by coffeeshops in italy. so he tried to bring some of that into starbucks (ex.: venti = 20 in italien).
