Well if you know that he likes you you should go for it what do you have to loose maybe he will say yes to a date and you might become gf and bf later on unless you two are BEST FRIENDS cause then it might get weird but who knows i was in the same position and i went for it and it worked but it is not like that for everyone so go slow don't rush it cause he might think that is weird i hope you like my advise and if it does not work i am sorry but i tried but i have a feeling it will work!!!! :D

I'm just like that. The best thing to do is to start a conversation. Start with small talk and work your way up from there. If he is shy, then he will probably give you short answers. But after a while, I am sure that he will losen up and feel more comfortable talking to you. It may be a few minutes to a few days, it depends on how shy he is. Good luck.
