I lost my retainer 4 days ago, and I'm worried they will move back.

Also, I won't be able to get a new one for about 2 weeks.

yeah it did happens to me before and it was about 5 weeks after i got a new retainer. My teeth weren't used with the retainer but got used when continue using it every day or night. Two weeks is not really BIG deal but if you wait for a year then you will get another problem because you will probably needed to added to help your teeth back to normal than it is.
Just don't worry about it. Just let it go and be patience..

Sheesh, for two weeks you're fine. After I lost mine I never got new ones and ONE tooth moved back a little and that took about a year.

Teeth move all the time. Yes they will move a bit.
