Hello,
Raspberries have such a dramatic flavour that they require a dark chocolate to provide enough balance.
White chocolate is considered bit mild for either strawberries or raspberries, unless it is fortified with a liquour to boost the flavour.

I personally prefer Milk Chocolate and Raspberries. White Chocolate and Raspberries would probably taste good but Milk Chocolate and Raspberries would be better!

Maybe I never had raspberries with White Chocolate (but I did have it with Milk Chocolate...it was alright)

White chocolate & raspberries are great together...
Even better is white chocolate raspberry cheesecake!

I'm partial to Dark Chocolate and Raspberries.
Milk chocolate is washed out comparatively and white chocolate doesn't have much taste other than the creamy sweetness taste.
But then again I like strong flavors like balsamic vinegar and berries of all kinds. Heat the balsamic vinegar in a saucepan and reduce till thick and syrupy then add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Don't knock it till you try it.

I'd prefer a dark chocolate with raspberries.
I do not like white chocolate.

Milk Chocolate all the way for me. i do unlike white chocolate, this is no longer chocolate to me in any respect. this is merely candy white candy like. dark chocolate is okayish, however the real deal is milk chocolate. ok hahaha, I have been given over excited yet i'm ingesting creme eggs and have a sugar extreme. lololol Enya <3

White choc. and raspberries are REALLY good just like it is with strawberries. But milk chocolate is also really good with strawberries. So, maybe it would go well with raspberries too. Try it and see then please tell me. ;)
