Anything that gives you a good workout in the Abdominal region can essentially give you a "six pack." The truth is that everybody has a "six pack." If it is not visible, it is because there is a layer of fat between your skin and the muscle that masks the definition of the muscle itself. It takes a lot of work to get washboard abs. So if you are in a rigorous gymnastics program that exercises your abs, then yes, hard work and a well balanced diet could give you the six pack that you desire.

I wonder how old you are. my daughter did gymnastics and some of the very young boys 12,13,were getting six packs maybe it does. I don't know if any of them were using a gym as well tho
