That just depends on the situation. But I would rather just be there spending time with the person hoping that their health would get better than to want them feel like less of a man. I hate being alone and if someone was going to be there to fill that need that is what I would enjoy the most. TO see a man go through something like that and not understand him would just frustrate him and depress him. It is all about maturity. It is normal for two people who Love each other to want to have sex. There is always medicine if nothing else and if medicine wont work, Id find someone else that accepts you for you.

why would any Woman be interestd in sex if she knows about the Surgery and his physical shape? Sex is not everything, it is the Human that counts. Maybe some day after he had some Treatments his condition might reverse, has he ask his Dr. about that?

Many of the causes of erectile dysfunction are actually psychological. Understand that this is not the same as saying that it’s all in your head, because it’s not. Learn here https://tr.im/Ns6vU
Psychological issues can easily lead to a variety of very real physical ailments. If that surprises you, it shouldn’t. Stress can lead to heart disease, so why can’t other psychological issues lead to ED? It’s a pretty common, fairly well understood phenomenon.
Stress is, in fact, one of the leading causes of ED, which makes it a particularly nasty condition (because it also can lead to heart troubles, so it hits you twice). Long before stress kills you though, it will impact your sex life in a major, and entirely negative way.
